That's what my psych class has decided. I was trying to explain how if you touch all the pickets on a fence with a stick, and miss one....you can't just allow it to go untouched. It's almost digusting. Then I started talking about how I have to say certian words when the come to mind or I go insane, and how I have special little games I play with myself and if I don't win something will happen whether it be negative or positive. Then there's my curious thinking process, and the fact that I don't leave the home with my mother unless she leaves first, and if she doesn't, I have to stop on or near the stairs, turn around (or wait for her to lock the door) and then go on my way. Honestly though, it's not that easy to not do these things. They kept saying "Just don't touch the picket.", but the mental image of that picket not being tapped tears at me and then I make an excuse for it, like a pain, which leads to a game, and if I don't win I have t o keep trying and trying at different games. There are rules too, I can't just cheat myself because my 2 assistants won't allow that. It doesn't really bother me though, so until then, I don't really have it.
